  • For orders of new designs needing drill/powder/print, we require approval of a sample unit and confirmation that all aspects of the design are correct and satisfactory, prior to beginning a production order.

 

  • Minimum order quantity for manufacturing orders is 12 pieces. If requesting a specific powder coat that we do not already have, a minimum order quantity of 24 pieces is required. 

 

  • Customer provided enclosures will not be accepted for manufacturing jobs. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, there is always a possibility for imperfections/blemishes to occur during production. Whenever this happens, we will attempt to salvage the enclosure by fixing the imperfections. However, in some cases it is not possible to rework an enclosure and it will need to be scrapped & replaced with a new one. If working with customer provided enclosures, we would not be able to replace any that may potentially be unsatisfactory & unsalvageable. In addition, we inspect our enclosures ahead of production to ensure we remove any with noticeable casting defects. If we receive enclosures from a customer that have casting defects, we would be unable to exchange them & therefore unable to fulfill the quantity ordered. 

 

  • The quantity discount is applicable to designs featuring identical drilling/powder-coat/printing. If an order features multiple designs, a quantity discount will be applied to each design based on the quantity, rather than the total order quantity. 

 

  • We aim to complete orders within 12 to 15 business days of receiving them. Achieving this goal is not always possible depending on the time of year or other potential extenuating circumstances. We will provide a current projected lead-time for production upon request & when receiving an order. If anything causes the quoted turnaround time to change during production, we will notify the customer as quickly as possible. We typically experience a higher order volume leading into and during the holiday season and around NAMM.Please plan accordingly if ordering around these times of the year.
