What kind of shipping do you offer?

The following services are available at checkout and union request when setting up manufacturing orders. We also accept customer shipping account for those who wish to use their own. USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship from beautiful Raleigh, North Carolina USA. 

 

How long before an order is shipped?

Orders placed through the shopping cart ship within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Turnaround time for Manufacturing orders vary depending on quantities and order parameters.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We will ship anywhere we are allowed to ship. There may be limitations on certain destinations based on any number of factors but if there is a way, we will make it happen. 

 

How do I track my order?

Checking out with a Disaster Area account will allow you to track your order fulfillment from check out to delivery but even if you check out as a guest, you should receive an automated shipping confirmation once the label has been generated. 

 

Do you accept returns? I’m not sure this was the right part after all. 

As long as the items are not damaged upon arrival, yes, you can submit a return request and we will issue a full refund once we receive the item and make sure there's no damage.
